About the job
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our steady growth by identifying and hiring amazing colleagues to join our journey at Qt. You are working as a trusted partner to our hiring managers across EMEA region being a part of our global Talent Acquisition team. You have a strong understanding of what good looks like in recruitment and you are a true ambassador for building a great candidate journey as well as a fluent hiring manager experience.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and it is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
You'll get to join a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are working on the front row of ensuring Qt`s successful growth. We are experienced in showcasing the values and culture of Qt and at the same time we understand the business needs of the teams we work alongside. You are fluent in using recruitment tools and have an eye for relevant recruitment-related metrics.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop robust hiring strategies that meet business needs.
- Proactively drive efforts to find, identify, and attract the right talent.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and equity while managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Work seamlessly with People and Culture partners to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and provide transparent insights.
- Be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a supportive team culture.
- Lead projects to support hiring efficiency and continuous improvement in our ways of working
You already have experience in:
- Inhouse end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Fluency in recruitment tech and how to support your work using analytics and data
- Experience in a complex, international working environment
- Excelling in the art of attracting and engaging passive candidates.
