What’s the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role you will influence hiring decisions at an early stage. Your goal will be to bring on top talent, while showcasing our employer brand and championing our high performance culture.
You’ll manage and drive the full recruitment cycle, acting as a trusted partner to candidates and Hiring Managers as you work to build a personal and friendly experience that is representative of Distilled and our market-leading brands, Daft.ie, DoneDeal.ie and Adverts.ie.
What will I be doing
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to fully understand their requirements and recruit candidates that will be successful
Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing on multiple channels, screening CV's, pre screen interviewing and closing candidates
Identify, prescreen and evaluate both passive and active candidates
Obsess about the candidate experience and keep candidates informed with quality communications throughout the interview process
Represent Distilled’s vision and values with integrity and professionalism
Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to the business and HR team.
Concentrate on crafting strategic plans for sourcing candidates with a diverse group of backgrounds for each of your roles
Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
Actively promote our employer brand by sharing social posts regarding open roles and marketing our perks and Company culture, do this by utilising LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram
What skills and experience do I need
3+ years recruitment experience in a high growth environment
Outstanding sourcing and talent research skills, experience sourcing technical and sales roles is an advantage
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal Hiring Managers
A passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Ability to rigorously prioritise, organise, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages of the process
Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
Curiosity and problem solving mentality; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
Validated abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
A strong communicator and energetic teammate who helps make everyone successful
A proactive HR team member who is always on the lookout for ways to make our team and processes better!
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing mediums as well as Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Recruitee a plus
