Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our corporate HR team. In this role, you will be the primary engine driving our recruitment lifecycle across retail locations. You will act as a vital link between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, ensuring a seamless "candidate experience" that aligns with Btrust Supermarket’s commitment to excellence.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews across multiple store locations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records & Onboarding docs in our tracking systems to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between department heads and external associations in candidate sourcing
  • Ensure all hiring paperwork, work permits, and mandatory safety training records are complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Generate recruitment reports and summaries to track key metrics such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Draft professional correspondence including offer letters, follow-ups, and rejection notices, maintaining a positive employer brand.
  • Rotate to different store locations as needed to assist with onsite hiring events or handle urgent HR administrative tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects, including employer branding initiatives and the digital migration of employee files.
  • Collaborate with payroll coordinators on employee-related changes and enrollments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge in hiring process and basic employment laws.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an advantage, not a must.
  • High accuracy in handling legal documents and sensitive employee data.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with our diverse workforce and community partners
