About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong talent pipelines and driving innovative workforce solutions?
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Talent and Incentives Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping workforce attraction strategies, strengthening talent pipelines and supporting hiring managers to secure high-quality candidates in a competitive market. You will lead the development and implementation of attraction strategies, identify workforce trends, and provide expert advice to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience. The role also supports the coordination and monitoring of the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (RHWIS) in accordance with NSW Health policy and organisational requirements.

A current NSW Driver Licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel statewide.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings both strategic insight and operational excellence. You will demonstrate:
  • Experience in end to end recruitment, talent attraction, or workforce planning within a complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and partner at all levels
  • The ability to analyse workforce data and translate insights into targeted recruitment strategies
  • A proactive approach to identifying talent gaps and building sustainable pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in coaching hiring managers and challenging thinking where needed
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


Salary and Benefits

Your salary of $114,251 - $134,809 p.a (+ super and leave loading) is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
