Our specialized range of soft tissue repair products utilizes our successful Endoform Extracellular Matrix (ECM) biomaterial and is sourced exclusively from NZ pasture-raised animals.
As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring onboard a talented recruiter to design, shape and deliver on our resourcing objectives and internal recruitment services. As a part time role, 20-24 hours per week, this will suit someone wanting that bit of extra flexibility, but still has a passion for finding awesome people!
Aa our sole inhouse recruiter, you'll have the ability to influence how AROA sets up our internal recruitment, so we're looking for someone who has big ideas and the ability to deliver!
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the management of external recruitment channels, including creation of employer brand identity and collateral.
- Designing our internal recruitment processes that support an awesome candidate experience.
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through various channels.
- Project managing our end-to-end recruitment process, stepping in to support hiring managers as required.
- Collaborating with people leaders to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies, alongside developing their recruitment capability.
- Developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Utilizing data and analytics to continually mature our recruitment processes.
- Working with the marketing team to design and deliver
As part of the global P&C team, you'll also get to dip into the generalist space and contribute to global initiatives (as capacity allows).
What you’ll bring!
- Proven experience within in inhouse role, setting up and implementing talent practices.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various talent platforms.
- Amazing communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Creativity and a flair for bringing people stories to life. Ideally, you’ve worked in a manufacturing, regulated or pharmaceutical environment before. Medical devices would be amazing, but we know that’s a big ask!
Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Our teams are flexible, with a mix of being in office + wfh. We also have an on-site gym, which is available for solo use, or jump into one of our bootcamp or yoga classes. You'll also get your birthday off and an annual wellbeing allowance.
