At Lite n’ Easy, we’re on a journey to strengthen how we attract, develop and grow great talent across the business. We’re looking for an experienced Talent & Capability Manager to elevate our talent acquisition strategy, employer brand and leadership capability — ensuring we build strong and sustainable pipelines for the future.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending strategy with execution and partnering closely with leaders to lift capability across all levels of the organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Talent & Capability Manager leads our end‑to‑end talent agenda — with a strong focus on strategic recruitment, employer branding, leadership development and talent management.
You’ll lead a small, capable team across recruitment and learning, working closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, develop future talent and create meaningful engagement experiences.
Key responsibilities
Develop and continuously evolve Lite n’ Easy’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract high‑quality talent efficiently and consistently.
Build and strengthen our employer brand, to position Lite n’ Easy as an employer of choice.
Design and embed effective talent management and succession frameworks, supporting the identification and development of key talent.
Lead the leadership development program across frontline, operational and senior leadership levels.
Support the annual people and performance cycle through pragmatic frameworks, tools and leader coaching.
Partner with leaders on workforce and capability planning, linking talent needs to business strategy.
Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring
Proven experience leading talent acquisition, leadership development or talent management in a medium to large organisation.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to design talent solutions that are practical, scalable and aligned to business needs.
Demonstrated experience building employer brands and recruitment strategies in competitive talent markets.
The ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels, from frontline leaders through to senior executives.
A collaborative, engaging leadership style with experience leading and developing teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
