Talent Sourcer Intern

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Talent Sourcer Intern to join our growing HR team at Spirii!

This is a great opportunity to explore a career in recruitment and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up. You’ll join us for a 3–6 month internship (unpaid) and work closely with our Talent Acquisition team. While we hope this could lead to future opportunities, we cannot guarantee a full-time role after the internship — but we’re always open to what the future brings!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help us find great people by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Write friendly and personalized outreach messages
• Assist with job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
• Keep our hiring pipelines updated and organized in our ATS
• Join screening calls and help assess candidate profiles with the HR team

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) and a strong interest in HR and recruitment
• Someone who’s tech-savvy, curious, and enjoys working with people
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• A structured and detail-oriented approach — you like to stay organized and get things done

• Have used LinkedIn for sourcing or know a bit about tech recruitment
• Are interested in green tech or sustainable mobility
• Know a thing or two about Danish HR practices and labor law
• Love learning and want to understand what makes people and companies thrive

This internship is based in Copenhagen, and since we work in an international environment, fluency in English is required.
