Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pad Print Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating pad printing machines and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality prints on various products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate pad printing machines (e.g., Kent)
• Prepare printing plates, inks, pads, and fixtures
• Ensure accurate alignment and color registration
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of printing equipment and work area.
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pad printing (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to work with small parts and attention to fine detail
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pad printing processes
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong work ethic and dependability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
