Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven minimum real two years of experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight guests.
