What You'll Do:
Lead the Team
- Inspire and manage our team of talented tattoo artists and support staff.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated.
- Create a positive and supportive studio environment.

Daily Operations
- Ensure the studio is always clean, safe, and inviting.
- Keep track of inventory and make sure we're stocked with all the essentials.
- Manage appointment schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service
- Provide an outstanding experience for every client from the moment they walk in.
- Address any questions or concerns with a friendly attitude.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a management role, ideally in a tattoo studio or similar setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- A passion for tattoos and creativity.
