Description:
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the QS and Tax team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
Assist with the collation and formatting of Tax Depreciation Schedules, cost estimates, and client reports.
Manage incoming client enquiries and coordinate responses with relevant team members.
Maintain and update project tracking systems and client databases.
Support the team with site inspection logistics, including booking appointments and managing documentation.
Assist with invoicing, timesheet tracking, and general office coordination tasks.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Skills and Experiences:
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or property-related role (desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in property, construction, or quantity surveying is a plus.
