This is a client-facing, in-office role working directly with business owners. You’ll help clients reduce taxes, increase profit, and make smarter financial decisions—not just file returns.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065)
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies
• Participate in client meetings and explain tax strategies clearly
• Assist with tax projections and proactive planning
• Conduct research on tax law and apply it to client situations
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll teams for full client support

Who This Is For

• You have 3+ years of tax prep experience
• You enjoy working directly with clients, not just behind the scenes
• You want to grow into tax strategy and advisory
• You are detail-oriented, responsive, and follow through consistently
• You either hold or are pursuing an EA or CPA

Who This Is NOT For

• You only want to prepare returns and avoid client interaction
• You prefer remote work only (this role is in-office in Huntsville)

Location Requirement

This is an in-office role based in Huntsville, Alabama.
Candidates should live locally or be willing to reliably commute daily.
