Your Impact & Contributions:

• Lead complex tax engagements for diverse clients across manufacturing, construction, non-profit, and employee benefit plan sectors
• Drive innovation in tax planning strategies while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence
• Leverage advanced tax research skills to provide strategic solutions for clients
• Optimize tax workflows through technology integration and process improvements

What You Bring to Succeed:

• CPA certification with demonstrated expertise in public accounting
• Strong foundation in tax research methodologies and applications
• Proven experience with tax compliance software, particularly CCH ProSystems or Axcess
• Excellence in reviewing and preparing various tax returns including 1040, corporate, partnership, estate, trusts, and multi-state returns
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and tax technology platforms
• Track record of delivering high-quality client service
• Collaborative approach to team leadership and mentorship
