Role Summaries

1️ Principal Mentor — Vision Steward

Leads the school’s culture, pedagogy, and reflective practices.

Designs environments, mentors educators, builds systems, and holds the vision while supporting daily learning rhythms.

2️ Ed-Mentor — Personalized Guide

Primary mentor (“Mother Teacher”) for a mixed-age group.

Creates Personalized Learning Objectives (PLOs), facilitates Montessori experiences, observes deeply, and nurtures emotional & intellectual growth.

3️ Holistic Mentor — Experience Weaver

Leads experiences across the Four Pillars: inquiry, SEL, movement, creativity, and downtime.

Supports project-based work and community-building experiences.

4️ Mentor Assistant — Observant Supporter

Helps maintain flow, supports children individually, observes and shares insights, and strengthens the prepared environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,345.00 - ₹85,647.00 per month

• Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Montessori/IB: 4 years (Preferred)

• 25% (Preferred)
