Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Educate students on various subjects while adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Utilize learning technology effectively to support instruction and engage students.
• Monitor student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Manage classroom behavior using effective strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Mentor students by providing guidance, support, and encouragement in their academic pursuits.
• Conduct proofreading of educational materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
• Stay informed about childhood development principles to better address the needs of students.

Pay: $40,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
