This TA role is Wellington-based. Given the nature of the work, it requires you to be in the office most days.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Email, inbox and diary management.
- Coordinating meetings and liaising with stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating reports, including document editing, formatting and printing.
- Developing and drafting a range of correspondence.
- Creating reports from databases.
- Taking minutes and following through on actions.
- Resource, finance (including invoice/payment), HR and travel administration.
