Team Building Facilitator (Part-Time)

Location: Sandy River Outdoor Adventures – Rice, VA

Sandy River Outdoor Adventures is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Team Building Facilitator to lead groups through fun, challenging, and rewarding outdoor team-building activities. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in the outdoors, and has a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead groups through team-building programs, ropes courses, and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate engaging discussions that promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ensure guest safety by following all program and equipment guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Sandy River Outdoor Adventures’ friendly and professional brand.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, positive, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in facilitation, education, or outdoor recreation is a plus (training provided).

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time, flexible hours (including weekends).
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.12 - $25.44 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
