Team Lead (Behavior Tech) Autism Program

JtC AUSM is a Christian organization specializing in supporting individuals with autism and related diagnoses. Established in 2018, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children below the age of 21.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our team in a leadership role as a Team Lead. The team lead would be required to support staff and clients in the home setting and the center (Burnsville and St Louis Park). The team lead will also provide 1:1 support to individuals with autism in their homes, community, and our centers which are located in Burnsville and St. Louis Park.

Required for this position

• Masters or Bachelors level degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education)
• Relevant hands-on experience working with children with disabilities

The following are the roles of the Team Lead:

• Create an environment where each staff member feels competent in their role and find comfort and enjoyment in the work that they do.
• Create a dynamic with each staff member where they can be open and transparent with you about their strengths and things that they struggle with as a provider.
• Make all staff welcome and take the lead in training and supporting staff.
• Ensuring that documentation is being completed accurately by providers and monitoring progress notes of all staff and clients.
• Coordinate with Administration and others in the leadership team.
• To offer direct services to clients when needed.
• Leading staff meetings and their individual team meetings.
• Familiarize yourself with all client's medical documentation.

Locations:
Our services extend to Scott County, Hennepin County, and Anoka County, Minnesota. We operate centers in St.Louis Park and Burnsville.

Pay: starting with $26/hour based on experience and education

Schedule: Monday through Friday open availability between 8 am - 8 pm. (8-hour shift)
