About the Role

The Team Lead Corporate Systems is responsible for is responsible for leading the ongoing technical roadmap that drives the development and testing of corporate systems to ensure systems are fit for purpose for the organisation’s specialist business functions.
The role is Ongoing Full-time position.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
  • Proven experience in managing the delivery of complex software projects, preferably in both Waterfall and Agile environments, including the demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope work to deliver software changes.
  • Extensive experience in application development with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies and cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, including relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong track record in engaging at a technical level with teams to maximise individual team member and overall team performance.
  • Demonstrated experience using a range of software development planning, monitoring reporting and quality assurance tools, such as Jira, Zephr, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Delivery.
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
