About the ERP team

As Team Lead ERP you will be part of the Structural Change department focusing on improving organizational processes and efficiency. The ERP team acts as an enabler for the business, working cross-departmentally to identify and implement technological solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The aim of the team, which is currently planning to expand, is to continuously adapt to technological developments, particularly Microsoft's evolving platforms, and support various business units in becoming more effective.

Your role as Team Lead ERP

As Team Lead ERP you will be driving the successful development, operation, and optimization of the ERP system (Dynamics365), bridging technology and business strategy. You'll lead and develop the ERP team in maintaining current systems while innovating new functionalities, working closely with various departments to streamline processes. In this role, you will report to the Director Structural Change.

Regular activities

• Maintain, manage and develop the ERP system (Dynamics365) and Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth business operations and quick resolution of any incidents.

• Develop new functionalities by collaborating with different business units to automate and streamline processes.

• Design strategic technology solutions that align with Ampelmann’ s and Microsoft platforms developments.

• Lead team performance by supporting their professional growth and managing the day-to-day operation of the team, e.g. setting priorities, development guidance.

• Oversee the project management of new developments, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

We ask

• HBO+/Bachelor’s degree and Dynamics365 / Power Platform related certificates

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and optimization

• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and CE (Customer Engagement), with ability to configure systems and understand solution architecture

• In-depth understanding of business processes and ERP system functionalities

• Experience with leading a team (training, teaching and coaching team members)

• Good communication skills in English
