What exactly you will do here:

  • Develop Technical Strategy: Create and communicate the technical strategy
    and roadmap for IT solutions
  • Planning: Lead the technical aspects of release planning, ensuring that
    releases are feasible and meet quality standards, and allocate technical
    resources effectively to support value stream activities
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical design, development, and
    implementation of the IT solution and ensure adherence to technical
    standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technical
    aspects and address technical debt, and participate in quarterly business
    reviews to update on technical progress and challenges
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the technical budget and monitor expenditures
    to ensure cost effective resource use

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in IT solution design, development,
    and implementation
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in developing and communicating technical
    roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    for engaging with various stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and
    innovation, with a track record of leading enhancement initiatives
