Our Goal

We want to become the international market leader for asset operations in construction and facility management – with a product that combines workflow digitization, IoT, and AI, a globally scalable go-to-market, and the strongest customer success model in the industry.


Your Role: Team Lead Marketing

We’re looking for a B2B SaaS marketing leader to take our growth to the next level. You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end and build scalable, repeatable programs that attract, convert, and nurture leads across our key markets (DACH, UK, Nordics).

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with our CEO, sales leadership, and product team – and build your own marketing team along the way.


Your responsibilities:

  • Own and drive our end-to-end B2B SaaS marketing strategy (focus: inbound, content, paid, website, CRM, automation)
  • Scale lead generation and pipeline contribution through targeted campaigns (with clear CAC/MQL targets)
  • Build ToolSense’s presence across our target regions and position us as the #1 platform in our category
  • Manage and optimize our website, SEO, and conversion paths
  • Oversee creation of content, landing pages, email nurture flows, sales enablement
  • Coordinate with agencies & freelancers (e.g. content, design, paid media)
  • Analyze campaign performance and constantly improve – you’re driven by data and ROI
  • Help recruit and grow the marketing team (e.g. content, demand gen, events)

  • ️ What we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Proven track record in demand generation and performance-driven marketing
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, email automation, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Hands-on mindset – you’re not afraid to write a landing page, launch a campaign, or build a HubSpot workflow yourself
  • Strategic thinker who knows how to execute fast and effectively
  • Bonus: experience marketing to construction, FM, or industrial verticals
