Team Lead in restaurant MINI CHEF
Food & Beverage at LEGO House

We’re rebuilding our one-of-a-kind restaurant, MINI CHEF — and we want you to help lead the way.
If you’re passionate about motivating teams, optimizing operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to shape something truly special from the ground up.

About the F&B Team
At LEGO House, our Food & Beverage team consists of up to 100 colleagues across four areas: MINI CHEF Restaurant, Café BRICKACCINO, Food Truck and Kitchen

Together, we serve up to 1,200 guests daily. You will be one of four Team Leads in the department.

Be part of something extraordinary!

In Spring 2026, MINI CHEF reopens with a brand-new concept — and you’ll be at the heart of it. From day one, you’ll help launch and lead the restaurant, energize your team, and bring our vision to life. This isn’t just a reopening — it’s a reinvention of flavor, fun, and learning through play.

Your responsibilities
As Team Lead you will ensure that we maintain our high guest satisfaction (NPS) by supporting your colleagues in creating playful and professional guest experiences.

Moreover, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead daily operations, including shift planning and restaurant bookings
  • Coach and support a team of approx. 20 colleagues, including one Supervisor
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction (NPS) through playful and professional service
  • Rotate as “Leader on Duty” with the other F&B leaders, overseeing the full department
  • Manage and optimize digital platforms: table booking system, POS, restaurant management tools, and food-serving robots

What we’re looking for?
You are a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with people. You are excited by change, driven by improvement, and ready to take ownership of a restaurant in its start-up phase.

We imagine you have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including high-season coordination

  • A strong understanding of data and how to use it to improve performance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written

Why join us?
This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to grow as a leader while being part of a world-class guest experience. You’ll work closely with guests from around the globe. You can expect to work every third weekend, and evening shifts may occur.
