Job Title: Warehouse Team leader

Location: Waardenburg (only on-site)Working hours: Full-time (40hrs / week)

Position Overview

As the Warehouse Team Leader at LOGISTEED Europe B.V., you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, guiding a talented team to ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing logistics to keeping inventory in check, you'll play a key role in creating an efficient, safe, and collaborative workplace. You'll also work closely with other departments, making sure we're always on top of our game. If you love leading, problem-solving, and keeping things organized, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and performance;
• Achieving daily operational target (Inbound and outbound logistics);
• Conducting regular stocktaking and inventory counting;
• Handing articles consolidation, discrepancy correction, and stock replenishment;
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Logistics Engineers, ICT, facility, HR and QHSE, etc..;
• Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations;
• Overseeing maintenance of warehouse equipment and reporting any malfunctions;
• Managing inventory of warehouse supplies and materials (e.g., cardboard boxes, paper, label, ink, packing band etc.)
• Support Supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Successful experience in managing people, leading teams, and inspiring performance;

✅ Proficiency in PC operation and basic software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

✅ Strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff and customers on a daily basis;

✅ Experience in working with robotics or automated warehouse systems is a pre;

✅ Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of WMS is a must;

✅ Flexibility: Willing to work overtime occasionally, flexible in variable working times;

✅ Have a strong sense of responsibility to oversee warehouse operations and ensure they run smoothly.
✅ A strong commitment to workplace safety, collaboration, and innovation.

✅ Eager to Learn: Motivated to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
