Your Role as a Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and site success. A critical part of your role will be to engage customers and drive membership sales, helping them experience the full benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club. Your key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a memorable experience every time.
• Proactively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships, contributing to site profitability and customer loyalty.
• Educating customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Leading Quality Control checks to maintain high standards.
• Motivate and guide team members to exceed service standards and meet sales goals.
• Address any issues calmly and professionally to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Confidence in promoting and selling membership options to customers.
• You bring energy and professionalism in all customer and team interactions.
• Strong communication and motivational skills to guide and inspire team members.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to be on your feet throughout shifts, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in all weather conditions.
