About The Position
Position Location: Port Pirie / Port Augusta
Position Status: Full Time
Closing Date for Applications: 19th April 2026
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an approach to supporting people with disabilities by giving individuals / participants better choice and control over their funding and supports required to assist them to reach their goals.
This program supports participants who are a part of the NDIS to achieve the goals identified in their individual plans.
The Team Leader will ensure their staff achieve the best outcomes for themselves and their customers, program outcomes will be delivered on time, within budget and within the specified funding agreement.

Skills and Experiences:
You will:
- Have demonstrated experience in program budgeting and resource planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Have a high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ensure all supports purchased by participants through NDIS support coordination and community access are provided professionally and within budget.
- Ensure regular staff supervision is conducted and debriefing carried out as necessary.
- Coordinate the ongoing recruitment of casual support workers.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check.
- Have a current NDIS Worker Check.
- Certificate IV (or above) in a Human Services or Management related discipline.
- Relevant experience leading a team.
You may also need to be available for some out of hours work and travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
