As part of the journey, we are looking for a Distribution Team Leader to join our Distribution team in Eastern Creek. Reporting to the ANZ Distribution Manager, you will supervise and support warehouse teams to ensure daily order dispatch targets and company SLAs are consistently met. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, and continuously improving processes across the facility.

The position joins a high performing team and will be responsible for:

Supervise daily receiving, assembly, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
Work closely with Customer Service, Carriers, and the Export Coordinator to ensure no orders are missed
Develop and implement daily processes to ensure all work commenced is completed
Create and monitor achievable KPIs across receiving, assembly, and distribution teams
Monitor labour efficiencies and recommend improvements
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse and office
Cross-train forklift drivers and warehouse staff across multiple roles
Identify skills gaps, train staff, and assess competencies
Manage leave requests and monitor absenteeism
Investigate picking and processing errors
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Lead and promote a strong Safe Work approach at all times
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and hazards/incidents are reported and investigated
Support environmental and sustainability initiatives

Skills and Experiences:
You are a confident people leader with strong warehouse experience and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating teams to achieve shared goals.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse/distribution Team Leader role
Strong general warehouse knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities through clear, concise planning
Strong PC skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred)
Commitment to company policies and safety procedures
