As Team Leader you will lead a team of dedicated Warehouse Operators. You’ll also:

Champion our Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring that safety is the foundation of all activities in your team.
Collaborate closely with your Operations Manager to plan and coordinate daily operations, as well as specific functional areas within our Distribution Centre.
Foster effective communication and engagement within your team through regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
Develop a high-performing culture within your team by investing in the growth and development of your people.
Embrace a hands-on and proactive approach, leading by example as you tackle operational challenges alongside your team.
Manage the high performance and disciplinary if your team.
The roster for this role is Sunday to Thursday 2230 - 0630
