About the Role
This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team who are providing best practise service to the communities we serve. It is an experienced team who are always looking at how we can improve what we do. Our outpatient service is based in many locations so flexibility is important.
The position is based at Tauranga Hospital and is permanent part-time 32 hours per week.
About You
- A registered allied health professional
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Resourceful, innovative and flexible
- Adaptable and able to lead change
- A team player
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
