If you are a natural leader and people manager with a passion for sustainability and the refuse/recycling industry we’d love to hear from you!

The role will see you working alongside other Team Leaders to deliver a great waste collection service from our modern vehicle depot based in Whetstone.

You will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring efficient waste collection and recycling processes, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

A HGV licence is preferred but we will consider candidates who have the right leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities within this role include leading and motivating a great team of approximately 45 employees who deliver household refuse and recycling collections across a district of 44500 households/properties. Your focus will be to:

  • Deliver customer service excellence
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain the highest levels of safety standards in your team
