Hire New candidates , Supervise and mentor a team of traders, dealers, and advisors. Set performance targets and ensure team members meet them. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and market knowledge. Introduce ,develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) clients and archive monthly account opening & revenue targets. Work closely with clients to understand their investment needs and provide suitable stock market strategies. Assist in business expansion by onboarding new clients and partners. Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct Track team performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide market insights and trading strategies to optimize profitability.
