About the Role
As the Team Leader Workforce Skills Training, you will lead a statewide team to develop and deliver high-quality agricultural skills training, including the Aboriginal Rural Training Program (ARTP). You will manage the compliance and evaluation of programs at Tocal College, ensuring they meet industry needs and National RTO Standards. By collaborating with stakeholders and securing external funding, you'll translate complex information into practical training that drives a sustainable and profitable agricultural industry for NSW.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
  • Tertiary degree in Agriculture, Education or equivalent and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise staff in delivering statewide programs.
  • Experience developing and evaluating education programs.
  • Strong understanding of National RTO Standards and legislative policies impacting agricultural education.
  • Skills in collaborating with partners and industry. Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
