About Us:

Global Exchange is a leading multinational company specialising in currency exchange services, operating in over 29 countries worldwide.

We are rapidly expanding in New Zealand, and we are looking for SRs -Customer Servise Representative for the Auckland airport to support this growth.

The Role:

The Team Leader manages and supervises the team, ensuring compliance with Company procedures to provide excellent customer service. They seek to optimize the team's effectiveness and efficiency, acting as a point of reference for the CSRs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and manage the achievement of the centre's daily objectives.
  • Track operations in case there is a loss to identify the causes of the same and in turn see the possibility of targeting the customer.
  • Perform surprise checks on different CSRs during the work shift to control the quality and quantity of currency at the counter.
  • Transmit the values of the company, as well as the Corporate Culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
  • Attend to customers who transmit complaints and fill in the templates, minutes, etc., for the reception of complaints in the cases determined by the Customer Service procedures.
  • Leading the CSRs in their own work shift. In this respect, he/she must act as a reference and set an example of the behaviour and attitudes expected in service excellence.
  • Draw up the schedules of their CSRs. At the same time, he/she controls the CSR' breaks and authorises the departure from the counter.
  • Constantly evaluate their CSRs and give them the corresponding improvement instructions.

Requirements:

  • Higher vocational training in sales or administration is an advantage.
  • Experience in team management.
  • At least two years' experience in sales and/or commercial.
  • High level in computing and IT.
  • Very good communication and active listening skills.
