Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and Manage a Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors. 2.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new team members. 3.Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits. 4.Maintain proper documentation of your new team members. 5.
