Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Team Manager to lead operations at the WFA Clinical Communications Centre during rostered shifts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the safe and efficient management of incoming calls and ensure the timely and appropriate dispatch of ambulance resources.

The TMC plays a key role in supporting high-quality patient outcomes by adhering to established protocols and promoting fair, equitable access to pre-hospital emergency care, as well as scheduled and urgent patient transport. You will also implement best-practice deployment strategies that prioritise the safety of both patients and staff.

TMC’s are expected to be adaptable and cross-trained to provide support across all operational levels when needed. During your shift, you will be responsible for leading your team and managing resources to ensure all ambulance service requests are handled promptly and effectively

Skills and Experiences:
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Communications Centre professional to step into this leadership role.

The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven leadership experience
Strong working knowledge of CAD, AMPDS, ProQA, and ambulance radio networks (or similar technologies)
Experience in a Communications Centre in an Emergency Services environment
