  • Provide customer support and resolve customer queries via call.
  • Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality/ Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores for the work you performed.
  • Research, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift).

  • Must be from international voice back-ground with Retail experience preferred. ·
  • Min 1+ years of experience in the role ·
  • Work from office only and rotational shifts ·
  • Prior experience in managing mid-size operations unit (100-200 employees) ·
  • Overall 10+ years of work experience in BPO industry ·
  • Excellent communication (both written and skills), strong business acumen. ·
  • Excellent knowledge in building content, reports etc. using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel ·
  • Strong presentation skills (leadership presentation)
