Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

Duties

• Provide the best service experience by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• “Friendly Upselling” of our nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Providing guests with information regarding our products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who is excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience is preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding of people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
