Om Shri Ganeshaya Enterprises Limited T/A Lytton West Fish Shop is a vibrant and fast-paced eatery offering a delicious selection of fish, hotdogs, and chips, bringing the best of street food to your plate.

We are seeking multiple candidates to join our team as Team Member. If you have a passion for food and want to be part of a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items such as fish, hotdogs, and chips following established recipes and techniques.

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and handle payments promptly and accurately.

• Support in preparing ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing for meal preparation.

• Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring quality and taste standards are met.

• Track inventory levels and manage supply orders as needed to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked.

• Sterilize cooking utensils and equipment before and after use to ensure cleanliness.

• Adjust kitchen equipment settings, including fryers, grills, and ovens, to the correct temperatures.

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.

• Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift to maintain freshness.

• Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure customer health and satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness of all utensils and kitchen equipment consistently.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Hours and Benefits

- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week

- Paid between $25 to $30 per hour

Other requirements:

• Available to work on weekends and late evenings

• Relevant work experience will be preferred

• Should also be comfortable to work different shifts from Monday to Sunday

• Comfortable working on rostered shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
