Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs
- Sanitize work areas and maintain cleanliness standards
- Utilize sales technique to promote products and increase sales
- Ensure dough is handled properly to avoid waste and spoilage.
- Work effectively during rush hours without effecting quality of food.
- Track inventory of flour yeast and other ingredients
- Ensure products meets quality and consistency standards
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes, understanding of oven operations and temperature controls.
- Attention to detail to texture flour and presentation
- Ability of multi task in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques, sanitization and safety protocols
- Must be able to carry 10-30lbs as needed.
