We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexibility as shifts vary, including both mornings and evenings, and weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service: Greet customers warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Order accuracy & payment processing: Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle transactions with precision.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standard.
• Upsell & enhance customer experience: Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness: Ensure the dining area and kitchen are organized and cleaned throughout your shift.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Restock inventory: Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Food handling proficiency: Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is required.
• Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Math skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and collaborate to achieve team goals.
