About us

OPTEAQ is a new concept business of eyecare + cafe. We will be offering all optical services which include frames and lenses, contact lenses, eye exams, and an on-site lab. There will also be a cafe setting that will offer a fusion of beverages from bubble teas to hot lattes. We are currently looking for a new team member for the cafe!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and service coffee and bubble tea
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness
• Inventory management
• Cash handling
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Team collaboration

What We're Looking For:

• Experience - previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus
• Passion for Coffee & Tea - enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and creating new beverage experience for customers
• Team-oriented - ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail - ability to follow drink recipes precisely and make adjustments based on customer requests
• Strong communication skills - clear communication skills to interact with customers and teammates effectively
• Flexibility - willingness to work various shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.95-$18.50 per hour
