If your answer is "yes," we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Teamleader to join our Nokia team and showcase your leadership abilities.

Your Role as a Teamleader

As a Teamleader, your primary focus will be on elevating your team’s performance to meet and exceed customer expectations. You’ll coach team members individually, track their progress, and identify areas for improvement. By analyzing operations, you’ll pinpoint bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Additionally, you’ll provide clear work instructions, support your team’s development, and promptly address customer queries.
In this role, you’ll manage a team of 20-25 Warehouse Operators in either the Inbound or Picking & Shipping department. Your leadership will enable the team to operate more effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Generating reports and extracting data from the warehouse management system to drive results.
Maintaining a safe work environment.
Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Shift Manager to discuss and implement improvement ideas, while keeping fellow Teamleaders informed.
Monitoring operational performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and ensuring employees receive proper training.
Team organization will also be a key part of your role, including:
Coaching employees to support their growth and align with their ambitions.
Conducting absence, reintegration, performance, and evaluation interviews.
Ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Managing KPIs, scheduling training sessions, and keeping personnel records updated.

What You Bring to the Table

Has at least two years of experience as a Teamleader, Supervisor, or similar role;
Excels in organization and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
Communicates fluently in English and another language;
Remains calm under pressure and provides strong leadership for the team;
Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems to create analyses and reports.
