Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and analyze electrical and mechanical issues in industrial settings. Your expertise in electric motor troubleshooting, field balancing, and vibration analysis will help ensure optimal system reliability for our clients. This position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused approach as you interact directly with clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for electric motors and other electrical equipment.
• Conduct field balancing and troubleshoot rotating machinery to improve performance.
• Utilize vibration analysis tools to identify and mitigate mechanical or electrical issues.
• Operate RDI Motion Amplification technology to capture and analyze mechanical movements for diagnostics.
• Document detailed reports on findings, repairs, and recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on preventive maintenance and system reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations in all on-site activities.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electric motor troubleshooting, field balancing, or vibration analysis.
• Proficiency in vibration analysis software and techniques.
• Familiarity with Motion Amplification cameras and related tools is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
