I´m Hampus, and I work with a wonderful Nordic team full of diverse and inspiring personalities in what we call Buildings or "SI B" within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
We offer one of the market's strongest product portfolios for the control and monitoring of heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Together, we help our customers choose smart, sustainable solutions that create real value in their operations.
We are now looking for an OEM Sales Specialist with a key account focus, someone who wants to grow with us and continue to develop our OEM market in Finland. You’ll join a skilled Nordic team that collaborates closely, supports each other, and truly enjoys working together.
You will work flexibly across customer sites, office, home, and on the road. The preferred location is Espoo, with flexibility for other Siemens locations in Finland.
The Challenge
In this role, you will drive sales of Siemens products and systems within building automation to a strategically selected group of OEM customers, both existing and new. Our customers are primarily manufacturers of air handling units, chillers, district heating substations and heat pumps.
With support from our headquarters in Switzerland, as well as Nordic sales support and technical experts, you will identify the right solutions for our customers, prepare offers and lead price negotiations. You will deliver complete, value driven solutions and contribute to the development of customized systems and products.
You will also ensure that pricing and agreements are correctly maintained in our business systems and support marketing activities, including participation in industry events and trade fairs.
A key part of the role is building a deep understanding of our customers — their needs, challenges and future direction — and positioning Siemens as a long term partner on that journey.
Who are you?
You are driven by digitalization and automation and have experience in value based selling. Building strong customer relationships comes naturally to you, and you create clear customer value in a changing business environment.
You bring solid experience in solution oriented sales within a complex technical field, ideally in control systems, smart buildings or a related industry. You feel confident discussing value and customer benefits with OEM and Key Account customers and enjoy being a driving force in their development.
As a person, you are curious, self driven and motivated by challenges. You enjoy meeting people, building strong relationships and working independently to achieve your goals. Most importantly, you want to be close to our customers. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English and hold a B driver’s license.
