What are you going to do?
Assist ing in program level ( e.g., program increment planning, scrum of scrums) and facilitat ing agile team level ceremonies ( e.g., sprint planning, daily standup, backlog refinement) ;
Support ing m obiliz ation of an agile program management office operating model, inclusive of governance, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies and cadence, reporting, tooling, and modeling out core interactions of the operating model ;
Eliciting requirements and scope using client interviews, shadowing, document review, survey s;
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe . Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally ;
Ability to instill an Agile mindset at the team level and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies ;
Assist with the rollout of new functionality and the execution of test plans to ensure that product stipulations are satisfied, issues are resolved, and exceptional user experiences are delivered ;
Support d esig n and i mplement ation of Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures ;
Ability to identify , assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges ;
Ability to s upport process improvement workshops, meetings, and discussions while demonstrating credibility as a trusted advisor in supporting business goals and objectives ;
Familiarity with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance Agile delivery performance ;
Determine operational performance via data analysis to measure success against goals, identify root causes of complex problems, and find future opportunities ;
Prepare regular progress reports, status updates and program documentation ;
Undestand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of information security and data protection
Correct information security management
Communication (written and verbal) and presentations skills are very important. We need to check on this rigorously during the initial screening and the first 2 rounds of interviews.
From a reporting standpoint, candidates should be proficient on tools like Excel and PowerBI as these are tools adopted widely within the firm and also on client projects
