Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualify client requirements to determine the most appropriate acoustic or environmental service offering.
- Explain consultancy services in clear, concise language, translating technical content where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, supporting repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on enquiries and proposals to maximise conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Proposals & Commercial Support
- Prepare and issue quotations, fee proposals, and supporting technical documentation.
- Work closely with consultants and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and commercially robust scopes of work.
- Support tender submissions and framework responses, coordinating inputs from across the business where required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, proposals, client interactions, and outcomes.
Business Development & Market Awareness
- Support key account development, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across service lines.
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and client demand, feeding insights back into the wider commercial strategy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, proposal quality, and client experience.
Professional Representation
- Represent the business professionally and consistently in all client interactions.
- Help reinforce the company’s reputation as a trusted, high-quality technical consultancy.
Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
