As a Technical Sales Engineer and Team Lead (m/f/d) , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing expert technical guidance across Finland and Estonia. In addition to your own technical and commercial responsibilities, you will lead and support two external sales professionals—one focused on Concrete Precasters and the other on direct construction sales of Halfen products—ensuring alignment with Leviat’s strategic goals and delivering exceptional customer value.

This position combines deep engineering knowledge with leadership and customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and design. You will represent and sell Leviat’s product portfolio, including Halfen products, to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support two external salespersons, providing guidance, coaching, and coordination to ensure effective coverage of Concrete Precasters and direct construction sales of Halfen products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical consultation and support on brickwork support systems, including design input, installation guidance, and compliance with local standards.
  • Promote and sell Leviat’s solutions and Halfen products, ensuring customers receive the best technical and commercial support.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams (primarily Sweden) and product development to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, R&D, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events, promoting our brickwork support solutions and broader product portfolio.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, standards, and technical specifications.
