Job Overview

Evoque, Canada’s premier electric bike brand, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow our B2B and B2C customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of e-bikes, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to handle technical sales inquiries while driving revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can explain complex technical details in simple terms, build long-term relationships with dealers and customers, and contribute directly to Evoque’s expanding footprint in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage sales inquiries from both B2B (dealers, distributors, partners) and B2C (retail customers).
  • Identify new opportunities in the GTA region and beyond to expand Evoque’s dealer network.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Technical Expertise & Support

  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Evoque e-bikes, components, and specifications.
  • Handle detailed technical sales inquiries, ensuring customers and dealers receive accurate information.
  • Work closely with the service and engineering teams to resolve technical concerns quickly.
  • Train B2B partners (dealers) on product features, benefits, and after-sales support.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and retail customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on usage, budget, and performance requirements.
  • Gather feedback from customers and dealers to help improve products and services.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Evoque’s premium and performance-driven brand identity.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and CRM data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, B2B/B2C sales, or related field (experience in e-bikes, mobility, or automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain e-bike features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34,400.00-$130,775.22 per year
