Job Description


Technical Sales Support function is responsible for technical and commercial customer support, tendering and problem solving.

  • Provide technical and commercial sales support within Nordic countries and with sister companies globally.
  • Prepare quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with other teams.
  • Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other JC sites.
  • Use of SAP, C4C business systems and their relevant modules.
  • Prepare notifications for customer non compliances.
  • Maintain product databases and pricing information.
  • Ensure quality & safety within functions/ tasks performed by himself/herself and staff reporting to him/her
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self and others within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or other relevant field
  • Solid work experience in the process industry, especially with mechanical seals and rotating equipment
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, previous experience with SAP and C4C ERP system is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Interested in learning new things and developing yourself
  • Fluent Finnish and English language
