You will work closely with the sales and technical teams, playing a vital role in supporting the sales process, assisting customers with product information, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Technical Support

  • Provide first-line support to customers on product information, pricing, and order status.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with the technical team to ensure accurate responses to customer queries and product requirements.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Support strong client relationships through timely, professional, and solution-focused communication.
  • Monitor customer engagement and provide insights to the Operations Manager.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and technical colleagues to support order processing and project delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate lead times and smooth delivery of products.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the development of sales processes, templates, and documentation to drive efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal communication and customer support.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and technical sales resources.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales support, technical support, or a customer-facing role (construction/technical industry an advantage).
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP or similar beneficial; training provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine interest in supporting customers and colleagues.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:00
  • Work Location: On-site in Claregalway, Co. Galway (candidates must be able to commute reliably).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
